In 2022, we developed a visitor entry application (Entry Manager) linked to the event management and ticketing system created by OANDER for Városliget. This application provides a comprehensive visitor check-in service, enabling quick and easy scanning, management, and administration of tickets, as well as facilitating visitor entry.
The Entry Manager is a progressive web application (PWA) that runs on smartphones and tablets, allowing ticket handlers to scan QR codes on entry tickets. The Entry Manager ensures that, simultaneously with scanning, ticket handlers can verify visitor information, check ticket validity, and validate tickets with a single click. The application maintains a continuous API connection with the Magento-based ticketing system, allowing real-time data exchange for visitor administration.
